“Beyond Bossing, Begging, and Bribing” will give specific strategies for improving everyday dialogue. Fitzgerald's approach empowers parents and educators to achieve more with their children to set the stage for improved communication.

Jeanine K. Fitzgerald is the owner of the Better Behavior Bureau and author of The Dance of Interaction: A Guide to Managing Children's Challenging Behaviors. With over 30 years of professional experience, Fitzgerald is known for her engaging and humorous presentations and has lectured across the country and at colleges including Harvard University, Bryant University, and the University of Rhode Island.
