Well we have the perfect solution!

Be your own personal chef.

Welcome to our new No Take-Out Revolution class.

In this 3-hour class we show you how to prepare meals for a family of 4 for 3 full meals or for a family of 2 for 6 full meals.

Everything will be ready to cook or we will show you how to prepare it for your freezer and tell you how to thaw and cook it during the week.

Throw that take-out menu away!

Meal 1: Herb Roasted Salmon with White Bean and Tomato Sauce, Mediterranean Farro Salad

Meal 2: Chicken Sate with Peanut Sauce, Brown Rice and Water Chestnuts

Meal 3: Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

Cost: $160 (You will be taking home meals for 4 for 3 meals or meals for 2 for 6 meals).
