As an Instructor in Medicine at in the Division of Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital, she studied human circadian and sleep physiology in a variety of groups, including astronauts, physicians, shift-workers, blind people and autistic children.
In addition to her research, Dr. Evans works as an infant and toddler sleep consultant at Isis Parenting.
She has helped thousands of local families implement evidence-based strategies to improve the sleeping habits of their children.
