In addition, the class addresses issues exclusive to parenting multiples such as traveling logistics, breastfeeding, and life with more than one baby at home.
Topics addressed include:
Healthy pregnant life-styles through sound nutrition, rest, and stress-management techniques
Nutrition and weight gain
Aches and discomforts of pregnancies and possible remedies
Emotional and physical challenges of twin/triplet pregnancy
Relaxation, visualization and positions for laboring
Dealing with potential bedrest
Pregnancy complications warning signs, and current methods of treatment

This class explores the joys and challenges of labor with multiples, and also empowers parents with information and tools to prepare them for the experience of childbirth, regardless of what their experience may be.
In this balanced, down-to-earth, non-judgmental class, each individual’s desire for their birth is honored and celebrated.
