Week 1 (May 5) Quick Breads & Creaming will cover the secrets of tasty muffins, moist cakes and perfect cookies.
Week 2 (May 19) Egg-based Recipes, including meringues, Italian butter cream, soufflés and mousse. Genoise, sponge and angel cakes will also be featured along with custards, cheesecakes and crème brulee.
Week 3 (June 02) Biscuits and Pie Dough will highlight light, tender pie crust and tarts, fluffy biscuits, scones and dumplings.
Week 4 (June 16) Old-Fashioned Bakery Favorites will use all of the techniques from the previous weeks to create delicious favorites like Whoopie Pies, Half Moons, Classic Cupcakes, Giant Cookies and Turnovers. You'll learn how to present your creations with a modern 'over the top' twist. Duration: Each class is 3 hours.
