Also scheduled for the evening is a ballroom dancing exhibition by George Lacerte & dance partner Janet Stetson from Steppin' Out Dance Studio of Lowell, as well as 'Dancing with the Lowell Stars', a homespun version of the hit TV show, which will feature local 'celebrities', Carolyn Cox & Gene Manley, Ricardo Rourke, Jackie Doherty, Al Pare and
Dacey Zousas. They will be dancing front of a panel of judges including The Lowell Sun's very own Kendall Wallace, Tom McKay and City Councilor Rita Mercier.
Tickets are $40 per person and are available at the door.
Proceeds from this event will support their effort to build a new playground at Shedd Park.

Rte 495 to Exit 38/Rt. 38/Lowell/Tewksbury. At the end of the ramp, turn right toward Lowell. Proceed approximately one mile to the set of lights just after the Wendy's restaurant. Shedd Park is on the left.
