The Washburn Agency is owned and operated by Michael and Sarah Washburn. We were born and raised in New England and graduated from Endicott College in Beverly, MA. Mike received a degree in Psychology while Sarah earned hers in Hospitality. Throughout our college years we worked as caregivers for children ranging in ages from six months to 14 years.

Following graduation we moved to Los Angeles where Sarah continued to work as a full time nanny. Our personal and professional experience has resulted in an understanding of the qualities and strengths necessary for a skilled nanny to succeed in the childcare industry.

Throughout the years we have seen how stressful it can be for families to find exceptional childcare. We have also witnessed first hand how difficult it is for caregivers to find families that respect their position as a professional. We returned to Boston to establish our childcare placement agency to serve families and caregivers alike. Our mission is to match families seeking excellent childcare with highly trained caregivers.

Come meet Sarah for a Q&;A and see if she has the right Nanny for you.
