Breastfeeding Basics

This three-hour class is offered from 9:00 am -12:00 pm and is taught by Birthing Gently Doula Service and Professional Education's Lactation Specialist. This complete course includes information on preparation, first feeding, positioning and latch, feeding cues, establishing milk supply, expressing breastmilk, storing and handling breastmilk, and returning to work.
