This shared interaction between parent(s) and baby provides many benefits: it helps relieve the discomfort associated with teething, gas and colic, helps babies sleep longer, and it helps to foster the parent/infant bond and communication.

Classes will include hands-on demonstrations of massage strokes, relaxation techniques, and discussion. Register for this 4-week class by calling Karen at (401) 444-5613.
