This moms only meeting (no speaker) will feature a relaxing yoga and meditation session designed to calm your body and spirit during the stressful holidays. We'll also share tips for simplifying the holidays - including gift giving, over-booked schedules, personal expectations and pressures, and much more!
Join us Tuesday, December 9th at the North Andover Library Community Room, 345 Main Street in North Andover. We meet from 6:30 - 8:30. This is a free event.
