“Counting Out the Trees” is a marionette show for family audiences. Pinocchio, Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel and other famous fairy tale characters come together to find out the mystery of the disappearing trees. The Fairy Queen summons an emergency meeting under the full moon. A wonderful cast of marionettes entertains children preschool to 14.

After the show, children are invited to take a close look at these beautiful puppets and talk to the puppeteers.

Yorick's Marionette Theater has performed at major museums and events in the US and Europe, including: Boston MFA; F. Griswold Museum; RISD Museum; Boston First Night; Festival of Ideas, CT; Avignon Festival France.
Yorick’s Marionette Theatre has won many awards, including: The National Endowment for the Arts, RI State Council on the Arts Fellowship for Traditional Arts and new works productions, RI Foundation for the production of 'Golem', Fidelity Investment, Cambridge Arts Association for sculptural works.
