Panayotis (Paddy) League, one of the most accomplished international performers of traditional Greek music and a driving force behind its current revival, will be joined by his band, Galaxavra (Chris Veilleux and Demetri Tashie) on a variety of rare handmade string, wind, and percussion instruments from all over Greece (from the Aegean Islands to the mountains of Macedonia, from Crete to the Island of Corfu!).

Joining them, as well, will be the Metropolis of Boston Youth Dance Group (led by acclaimed choreographer John Pappas), the only group in North America certified by Greece's famous Dora Stratou Greek Dances Theater.

With delicious Greek food and wine, and lively participatory dancing for all, Springstep is the place to celebrate May Day this year!
