Bring the kids! Family concerts are a great way for children and parents to interact with live musicians in a relaxed, kid-friendly environment.Brooklyn-based trio Rolie Polie Guacamole is a children’s jam band who love to sing about nutritious foods like hummus, guacamole, apples and açaí berries as well as playful songs like, “Wake Up Shake Up”, “Red Light Green Light”, “Swim Like the Dolphin” and inspirations songs that remind children to “Always Brush Your Teeth.”
Rolie Polie Guacamole is singer/guitarist Frank Gallo, bassist Andrew Tuzhilin and drummer Christian McCarthy. The trio tours performing songs from their two children’s albums - Rolie Polie Guacamole and Time for Hummus.
Frank and Andrew also teach a music & movement class, featuring books, shakers, balls and original Guacamole songs, in addition to frequent sing-a-long classes.
