This action-packed play, based on the novel by S.E. Hinton, is a must-see for all middle and high school students and their families. It's a story of loyalty and affection among friends searching for a place in the world.

It's 1967 and recently orphaned Ponyboy joins a lower class gang of youths called greasers. When he is attacked by members of a rival gang a spiral of life-changing events begins.

Generations of adolescents identified with the struggle young people have in their family, in themselves and in society.
