At first, even a little frog disgusts Princess Ida, but by the time she sneaks out of the palace and manages to escape from some very silly pirates, this is not a girl to mess with!

By the end, she will even face a dragon to rescue the prince she loves.

Founded in 2004, Talking Hands Theatre travels throughout New England combining handmade puppets with original & classic stories.

Recommended for pre-K through 3rd grade.

Barefoot Books is located at 89 Thoreau Street in the Concord Depot. Taking the MBTA's Fitchburg commuter rail line to the 'Concord' stop brings you across the street from our Studio. If driving, we are just 30 minutes northwest of Boston. Take Route 2W to Rte. 62E (RH turn at lighted intersection). Follow <1 mile to another lighted intersection; turn right onto Thoreau Street. Barefoot Books is 2 blocks ahead on your LH side. Free parking in lot alongside our building or in lot directly across Thoreau Street (in spots facing the street). Ample metered street parking.
