The world premiere of Troubled Water follows the short life of the 19th-century Japanese writer Natsuko (Ichiyo) Higuchi, weaving in scenes and characters from her published stories. Libretto by Frederick Choi. Directed by Allegra Libonati.

The Boston Conservatory trains exceptional young performing artists for careers that enrich and transform the human experience.
