Each Thursday, July 5 – August 30, will feature a different family-friendly band performing on Castle Hill’s Grand Allee overlooking Crane Beach.
Jambalaya Horns will kick off the season with a New Orleans Street Jazz concert in celebration of the 300th anniversary of the “Big Easy.” During the concert, attendees may visit the gardens; try a landscape-themed eye spy; or check out TunnelTeller, the interactive art installation by Alicja Kwade on the former site of the estate’s hedge maze.
Attendees may bring a picnic supper or purchase seafood, roast beef, pizza, ice cream and other snacks from on-site vendors.
Ipswich Ale, Mill River Winery and Far From the Tree Cider will sell beverages at a beer and wine garden.
Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
