Play and Learn is Providence Children’s Museum’s open-ended story-based program especially for 2- to 4-year-olds and their parents, designed to help preschoolers build their skills in a variety of areas and to help parents continue the learning at home. Try different fun-filled activities each week!
Sept. 9-7 – Preschoolers search for the right size boxes to fit various bugs.
Sept. 13-14 – Preschoolers build ramps and towers and experiment with rolling balls.
Sept. 20-21 – Children learn directional phrases as they steer small cars over, under and around.
Sept. 27-28 – Preschoolers use simple instruments to explore loud, soft, high and low sounds.
