Lincoln Nursery School has been a cooperative community since 1944.
We focus on social and emotional development and relationships whilst creating an environment where children can make meaning of their world through play.
Children enjoy walks through abutting conservation land throughout the week and materials of the natural world follow us into the studios.
The school is inspired by the Reggio Emilia experience.
We respect children's capabilities and believe children's play reveals how they make meaning of the world.
We value the creative process and are fortunate to have the sculpture park as our back yard, where the children delight in being outside, moving, exploring and discovering.
