Each class combines singing, partner poses, wild adventures through jungles and zoos, and even a little savanna, quiet time, where we practice deep breathing in order to settle our bodies down.
Come join us as we fly like a butterfly, hang like a bat and hoot like an owl!
This is an adult/child class, 45 min in length.
Participant Instructions: Children must be accompanied by an adult and able to walk independently.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats; a limited number of mats will be available at the museum.
