The popular event brings together runners, walkers, and families from all of the surrounding towns to support cancer patients who are treated at the Mass General Cancer Center at Emerson Hospital.
Run~Walk will take place rain or shine
The 5k Run begins at 9:00 a.m. and follows a beautiful neighborhood course that takes participants through a wooded area, gently rolling side streets, back through the wooded area and down a path to the finish line.
The 5k Walk begins at 9:00 a.m. and follows the same course.
A one-mile Kids’ Fun Run starts at 8:15 a.m. and is ideal for children ages 5-12.
The Fun Doesn’t End at the Finish Line!
Family activities following the race include a lunch, swimming in the beautiful outdoor pool, tie-dye t-shirts, music, field games and an awards ceremony for the top fundraisers and winners in each category.
These activities are free with registration.

Funds raised provide compassionate care, including acupuncture and massage therapy, educational resources, coping support, transportation and more for loved ones and neighbors who are receiving cancer care at Emerson.
