Chinese Immersion Charter School Info Meeting

A group of civic and education leaders is proposing to open a Boston Chinese Immersion Charter School in the fall of 2011. The proposed Kindergarten through 8th grade school would educate students of diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds for academic excellence and international perspective through immersion in American and Chinese culture and language.

Pending receipt of a Charter in February 2011, organizers expect to open the school to Kindergarten and First Graders in the fall of 2011. One grade would be added each year thereafter.
