Children and families are invited to explore our carefully designed child-centered spaces and activities, including: fine and gross motor activities, dramatic play, science and nature, art, sand and water, blocks, ramps and building, numbers and mathematics, music and movement and literacy.

Acton Barn is a cooperative preschool for children ages 2 years 9 months through 5 years.

The school provides a warm, safe, creative, developmentally appropriate learning experience for preschoolers.

The cooperative model promotes collaboration between families and professional educators and celebrates the unique journey of every child.
