Celebrate Charles Darwin's 200th Birthday! Explore the museum through Darwin's eyes. Find animals mentioned in 'On the Origin of Species,' such as finches and the huge Toxodon, and learn what Darwin wrote about them. The rhino-like Toxodon is an extinct South American animal first scientifically described by Charles Darwin. You can also find a case with Darwin's finches with their distinctively shaped beaks. Pick up a flyer at the front desk. Free with museum admission.
