Simon Kidgits Club is bringing children’s literacy to the forefront during a fun and engaging adventure perfect for the whole family at Northshore Mall. Notable local residents including Peabody Mayor Michael Bonfanti and Northshore Mall General Manager Mark Whiting will read such featured books as Babar – A Gift For Mother, Maisy Goes To The Library, I am Really Really Concentrating and Think Green!

Attending kids will have the chance to pick up fun giveaways: including copies of With Love From Maisy, from qubo, (while supplies last). Kidgit Club members will also receive a free, comfy reading cushion.

Northshore Mall General Manager Mark Whiting reading Maisy Goes To The Library

Additionally, the event will feature a local children’s book drive and a food drive. Children are encouraged to bring a new or slightly used book to donate to the Peabody Institute Library and/or dry or canned goods to benefit Haven from Hunger.
