Looking for a fun family activity during February vacation week? Concord’s Old Manse is open daily February 19 - February 27, 12 Noon to 5 pm (last tour at 4 pm). Come and enjoy an educational, relaxed and entertaining look at history and home life in early America.

Request our children’s tour with a focus on life in early Concord. The children’s tour includes a scavenger hunt and craft project.

Or request our standard house tour covering the political and literary revolutions witnessed by Manse residents, such as Patriot Minister William Emerson, who built the house in 1770, and Ralph Waldo Emerson and Nathaniel Hawthorne who lived and wrote at the Manse.

View one of Concord’s most fascinating and treasured homes. Learn why this property has been historically significant for over 240 years and see rooms as they looked during the start of the American Revolution. Browse our specialty bookstore and take advantage of sale prices offered this week.

Tour admission is $8 for adults, $7 for students, and $5 for children ages 5 – 12. Children under 5 are free. Trustees of Reservations members are also free.
