The Cove event will be for one week. Our residencies are designed to enhance learning skills by introducing your students to a wide range of circus arts. Along the way students gain confidence, focus, and persistence.
The best part -- every Smirkus residency ends with an exciting all-school circus performance! Parents will love it! And we take care of everything -- props, staging, music - the works.
Circus is a non-competitive physical art form that extends easily to any part of the school curriculum. Circus training requires the same dedication, discipline, and hard work of any sport, but it stresses collaboration rather than competition.
This event is open to the public and sessions are limited to 25 persons. Registration will be on a first come basis.
Session 1:
Session limited to 25 persons.
Ages: 7 - 9 years
Daily: 9:00am - Noon
Cost: $95/child (Cove member*); $120/child (non-member)
Final performance: FREE for members; $5/person (non-member)
(*) $80/child for Cove member famlies registering three or more from the same family.
Session 2:
Session limited to 25 persons.
Ages: 9 - 18 years
Daily: 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Cost: $95/child (Cove member*); $120/child (non-member)
Final performance: FREE for members; $5/person (non-member)
