Get pumped! Inspiring kids and their adults to get physically fit, this week will feature ways to get everyone more aware of how movement and food are vital to health and longevity.

Throughout the week, you’ll be able to try out a variety of sports, games, dances and just plain fun activities.

Kids will have the opportunity to 'Get Moving' with the Boston Cannons Dance Team.

Sunday, April 22 / 1& 3 pm
First, enjoy a special performance from the Boston Cannons Dance Team. Then, it is your turn to take the stage.

Team members will teach you the steps so you can get moving, have fun and stay healthy!

Cape Verdean Day - Saturday, April 21 / 1-3pm

Join us as we learn about Cape Verde through music, food, dancing, and crafts. Students from the Cape Verdean Association of Bridgewater State University will be on hand to help lead the fun.
