Learn the basics of hooping and get the chance to try out hula-hooping moves for yourself! The demonstration will highlight all of the things you can do with a hula-hoop, and how using a teamwork approach allows the performers of the BHT to pull off challenging and skilled moves.
Step out of your comfort zone, and learn a new way to stay active, healthy, and keep moving!
