Your winter school break is the perfect time to connect with incredible wildlife and spend a memorable day with family and friends exploring Franklin Park Zoo.
Be sure to visit the education station inside the Tropical Forest, where you’ll learn about the amazing adaptations of animals during the cold winter months.
There will be fun winter-themed activities, crafts, conservation stations and much more to discover!

Schedule of Events:
• 10:30am: Red Panda keeper chat
• 11:00am: Bird’s World keeper chat
• 11:30am: Camel keeper chat
• 12:00pm: Bird’s World keeper chat
• 12:30pm: Big Joe the Storyteller book reading in Hippo Theater
• 2:00pm: Gorilla forage/keeper chat – Hippo and Tapir will be getting snacks, too!
December school vacation events are included with general admission tickets.
