MIT Building 46 atrium (third floor) -- 43 Vassar St, Cambridge

Join us for an afternoon of family-oriented activities including:

Learning about learning: experimental demonstrations about how we study exploration and play in children (ages 3 to 6)
What can visual illusions and visual memory tell scientists about how the mind works? (all ages)
Playdough neurons (ages 4 and up)
A life without memory: the story of Patient H.M. (ages 12 and up)
Reading, dyslexia, and the brain (ages 4 to 17)
Hearing (ages 6 to 10)
Memory (ages 4 to 10)
Virtual 3D navigation and spatial memory (ages 7 and up)
Virtual EEG: brain responses to visual inputs (ages 5 and up)
Learning to see: what’s it like to see like an infant (ages 11 and up)
Eye tracking demonstration (all ages)

There will also be puzzles and coloring pages for our younger visitors, as well as a free raffle of fun brain-related children's books and games.
