Want to build rockets and then blast them high above the earth? Our master rocketman, Phil Chouinard, can show you how. A firefighter by trade, Phil has been helping kids of all ages build and fire off rockets at the Discovery Center for years!

Learn how rockets work, and how we use them to explore new worlds. Participation in this workshop can be applied toward a Boy Scout of America (BSA) Space Exploration Merit Badge. For ages 8 to adult.

From north or south: I-93 to exit 15 E (I-393) in Concord, NH. Take exit 1 and follow the signs to the Discovery Center parking lot.

From east: Rt 4 W to I-393 W. Take exit 1 and follow the signs to the Discovery Center parking lot.

Look for the 92' tall Mercury-Redstone Rocket at the entry! Parking is FREE!
