The Child Language Center at Boston University is looking for healthy English-speaking children from ages 12 months to 3 years to participate in research on language and cognitive development.

Our studies take place in a comfortable setting at Boston University's Charles River campus. Parents participate with their children in a one-time play session which usually lasts about an hour. During this play session, we show the child short video clips or play with them with toys and pictures.

We hope that you will join us in our efforts to find out how children learn! If you are interested in participating, or in receiving more information, please reply via email to this posting or visit our website at: www.bu.edu/childlanguage

Because our research usually involves children at particular ages, it may be several months before we call you for a study. When your child reaches an age we are studying, we will contact you to describe the play session more fully and see if you are interested in participating. There is no monetary compensation for participation, but children receive a small-value age-appropriate gift. Free parking is provided.

We look forward to hearing from you!
