Human beings have observed the transit of Venus only six times in recorded history. Learn about the significance of this event and how to best watch it happen from Discovery Center Educator RP Hale.
The Discovery Center observatory will be open from 7-10 PM. Following the program will be a FREE Skywatch outside with the New Hampshire Astronomical Society including personal telescope advice and assistance. Telescope viewing begins at dusk.
