See the Moon up close and personal through telescopes in the Discovery Center observatory and with the NH Astronomical Society. Examine real moon rocks on loan from the NASA vault.
Meet lunar scientist Dr. Anthony Case, a researcher from the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics, and discover how he analyzes the data received back from the CRaTER instrument aboard NASA’s Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) which is currently orbiting the Moon. There will also be a craft table for fun lunar-inspired make-and-take projects!
