The MIT Museum will host its 16th annual Friday After Thanksgiving (F.A.T.) Chain Reaction Event on November 29th from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Rockwell Cage Gymnasium at 120 Vasser Street in Cambridge, MA.The event will feature approximately 25 mini chain reactions linked together with the help of renowned artist and chain reaction creator, Arthur Ganson.
This year, in celebration of the 16th annual F.A.T., the theme for the event will be “Sweet Sixteen”.
Participants are encouraged to design and build contraptions around the “Sweet Sixteen” theme.
The mega chain reaction will be set off as the events fun-filled wacky culmination.
Over 1500 people from all over the United States watch and participate in this fun-for-all-ages “only at MIT” event.
