Singer Ellen Allard will lead an informal interactive family service for both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur and they will be followed by innovative STEAM programming
On Rosh Hashanah we will learn about the importance of bees from a bee keeper committed to the protection of our bee population.
We will taste the different kinds of honey and create a craft with bees wax.
On Yom Kippur we will once again learn about whales and their importance and how to save the whales today.
The New England Aquarium will bring several exhibits to us for an interactive and exciting program.
It is the combination of science and faith that enables us to feel an even greater awe and wonder at the mystery of God’s fullness in the universe.
By using STEAM, thanks to a grant from Sinai and Synapses, we will explore how Judaism remains engaging and relevant to our world today.
