Sha’arei Shalom of Ashland is pleased to announce the first program in its “Year of Jewish Cultural Arts” series. Children’s author Sarah Lamstein will present a puppet show based on her award-winning book, Letter on the Wind: A Chanukah Tale.

The book is a 2008 Sydney Taylor award winner for younger readers presented by the Association of Jewish Libraries. Other books by Lamstein include From the Mango Tree, Annie’s Shabbat and Hunger Moon. The author will perform the puppet show on December 7th from 2:00-3:30 at the Amazing Things Arts Center, 160 Hollis Street (Rt. 126), Framingham.
