The ride will begin in Grove Hall (in the small park adjacent to 469 Blue Hill Avenue) and also tour the Egleston Square, Mission Hill, and Dudley Square Main Street districts after riding through fall foliage in Franklin Park.
Learn about great restaurants, new places to shop, and the revitalization of these historic, culturally vibrant neighborhoods. We’re hoping for a “taste” at each stop. Franklin Park Fall Foraging: Finding edible and medicinal plants among the weeds - Saturday, October 17th 2:00 – 4:00 pm. Learn what grows around you and how to use it in your kitchen. Led by Pamela Kristan, local naturalist and FPC member. She’ll have a treat to sample made from park harvesting. Bring a trowel and bag for collecting.
