My Gym is an amazing play & fitness place for children - for the majority of our schedule we offer fitness & gymnastics classes made fun for kids (age 6 months to 13 years old) as well as birthday parties on the weekends.
Our facility has a wide variety of climbing apparatus, a trampoline, ballpit, slides, balance beams, and bars to hang on.
We've added in 2 extra Open Gym's for the month of December, to show off our amazing holiday light display!
We've filled the gym with almost 1000 feet of lights, and have them all programmed to play along with music.

Rte. 9 westbound, go past Prospect St. (Whole Foods & Walgreens) & bear right at the sign for rte. 30 & Southborough. Trolley Square plaza (855 Worcester Rd.) is almost immediately on your right, My Gym is located around the back of the plaza. Plenty of parking!

- Parent/adult participation is required for all children playing on the floor, and we'll need all children to be seated on the carpet while the shows are going on (i.e. no running, climbing, or jumping).
