Little monsters are encouraged to dress up in their favorite costumes and join the tricks and treats at The Shops at Chestnut Hill.
The first 100 kids will receive a special Simon Halloween goody bag!
Participating retailers and restaurants include:
-Starbucks which will provide ‘seasonal sips’
-Morana Gelato will have fall and Halloween gelato sampling at the event
-Hanna Andersson to offer Halloween-themed treats
