All proceeds will go to the Pelican Intervention Fund, a local grassroots organization that helps men and women struggling with addiction.
The festival will begin on Friday, November 24 at 6:30 pm with an open-house “preview” featuring local musicians, story telling for children, and light refreshments.
Doors will open at 9:00 am on Saturday, November 25, and attendees can purchase raffle tickets for dozens of beautifully decorated wreaths and trees, as well as more than 30 gift cards and other items donated by a variety of local businesses.
Demonstrations by local experts on holiday-themed topics, including decorating, baking, and flower arranging, will round out the festivities, and crafts, cookie decorating, and a visit from Father Christmas will keep children entertained throughout the day.
Refreshments will also be available for purchase.

Old South is located at 29 Federal Street in the South End of Newburyport. Coming from I-95, take Exit 57, Route 113; follow Storey Avenue until it turns into High Street. At the corner of High Street and Federal, there is a sign with the Presbyterian (U.S.A.) logo pointing the way to the church. Turn left onto Federal Street and go straight for four blocks. The church building is on the right side of the street and has a tall steeple. You may park on Federal Street or along the side of the church on School Street. There is additional parking in front of (and behind) the park on School Street. We are handicap accessible from our parking lot off of Beck Street.
The church is located 1 mile from the Newburyport Commuter Rail station.
