The Loring 5th Grade invites the Sudbury Community to The Loring Pawsome Pumpkin Walk on Saturday 10/24 and Sunday 10/25The 5th grade has partnered with Sudbury Valley Trustees (SVTweb.org) to organize a special walk for the community.
One of SVT’s local trails will be decorated with lots of festive decorated pumpkins for you to enjoy along the way and we will have a scavenger hunt for the kids with a prize at end!
Each ticket includes one scavenger hunt prize and extras can also be purchased.
**Trail maps revealing the location of the walk will be sent on Friday 10/23 to families that have purchased tickets.**
The trail is mostly flat and is about a 3/4 mi loop. Dogs are welcome but need to be on leash at all times. It is a great trail with lots of room so social distancing will not be a problem.
We do ask that all guests follow Loring’s 3Ws when they are on the Pumpkin Walk (wear a mask, wash your hands, watch your distance).
This is a great way to get out and enjoy the season before winter comes and keeps us mostly indoors! It’s also a great way to get into the Halloween spirit!
All proceeds from the ticket sales go to the 5th grade class gift fund! The 5th graders have been working hard to create all the pumpkins and signs so please come out and support them!
