Specialized 11-sport program focused on promoting the development of gross motor skills, coordination and balance.
A central focus in our teaching technique is to encourage listening skills throughout our classes as well as how to work and play as a TEAM, including values such as sharing, supporting, taking turns and encouraging one another.
We not only teach sports fundamentals, sportsmanship & how to become a team player, we also teach the importance of nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices!
