Are you or a loved one at risk for diabetes? 23.6 million Americans have diabetes, and one in five Americans will develop it. Could this be you? In an effort to keep our community healthy, St. Elizabeth’s is holding a FREE Diabetes Risk Test.

Bring your friends and family to St. Elizabeth’s Cardinal Medeiros Pavilion 514 on Tuesday, March 24 from 2:30 – 4:30 p.m. to learn more about diabetes and receive a free risk test.

St. Elizabeth’s Certified Diabetes Educators will be available to answer any and all of your questions. To register for this event call 800-488-5959.
