Join us for a fabulous evening of exploring yoga, pilates, nutrition and building skills for leadership and empowerment. Register online at www.myhealthylivingmag.com This is a 3 hour workshop for female teens to come and have fun while exploring things like movement through dance, yoga, and pilates. Other topics to be covered leadership, empowerment and socialization skills. All levels and all ages of teenagers are welcome.
