The Newton Cultural Center will celebrate it's 5th Anniversary on Saturday, October 17, from 9AM - 4PM at 225 Nevada Street. Entertainment and activities are scheduled for the entire family.

Featured will be: A Giant Chess Set; David Polansky, Children's Entertainer; Newton Civic Pride Fall Flower Bulb Sale; Music with Ronni O; Suzuki School Violin Performances; 'Return to Norumbega' a film, sponsored by the Jackson Homestead; Green Decade Magic Recyclen Box Workshop; An Art Exhibit by Newton Artist, Paul Lambert; Instrument Petting Zoo by New Philharmonia Orchestra; Face Painting and the opening of PlaySpace.
