See the sleigh that was found in the basement of Stonehurst and restored by Waltham citizen and artisan Henry Boudreau with the assistance of Doris Larade, Leo Cormier and Central Welding.

Stonehurst is pleased to feature the Waltham High School’s award winning show choir, Music Unlimited as part of this year’s holiday program. In honor of the restoration of the sleigh Music Unlimited will include several sleigh songs in its repertoire. Their performance will begin promptly at 2:00 P.M.

Robert Treat Paine devoted much of his life to the public service of founding and running philanthropic organizations. In this spirit of giving, Stonehurst would like to encourage visitors to bring a donation of non-perishable food, infants clothing, disposable diapers, or women’s hats and gloves, which will be donated to local families in need.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of Stonehurst and the City of Waltham, Jeannette A. McCarthy. Stonehurst is located on the Robert Treat Paine Estate at 100 Robert Treat Paine Drive, Waltham, MA. For more information about this program, you can call 781-314-3237.
