The Friends of Titus Sparrow Park, with support from the Boston Parks and Recreation Department, is hosting its grandest event ever! Join us on Saturday, May 22nd as we travel back in time and celebrate the official unveiling of our new ornamental wrought and cast iron fence, made possible by the generous donation of Randolph Fuller, with a Victorian Festival.

Whisk yourself away to a bygone era with activities sure to delight friends and family. Inspired by Boston’s 1872 World Peace Jubilee, a full classical orchestra will headline our celebration with an hour of sensational live music. Come and learn how to dance to a Johann Strauss, Jr., waltz with our professional dance groups, and be awed by the magic tricks of Boston’s favorite magician from this era, Jonathan Harrington. Historical costumes and live bicycle performances by The Wheelmen will send you right back to the late 1800s. There will be a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to honor Randolph Fuller and his continued dedication to the preservation of Boston’s arts and historic beauty.

Pony rides, children’s games and many more activities will delight friends and family. Dairy products provided by H.P.
