You & your family are invited to a dinosaur sized birthday bash! Enjoy fun activities all weekend, including FETCH!™ Lab science challenges, a magic show, dinosaur egg hunt, dinosaur craft with Lakeshore Learning, face painting, outdoor dinosaur dig, Fossils and Dinosaurs with Paulette Morin, birthday necklace making, and the TEAMWORKS bouncy house! And of course, birthday cupcakes to celebrate our girl's special day.
Bessie’s Birthday Bash is free with daily admission: $10.50 for adults and children, $9.50 for seniors, and free for children under 1 and Members.

Having Fun with Fossils & Dinosaurs! Featuring Paulette Morin
1:00 PM Science Discovery Museum
Dressed for digging and protected by her pith helmet, intrepid fossil hunter Paulette Morin introduces children to the wonders of our prehistoric past and dinosaurs using her five-foot tall storybook and an assortment of real fossils the children can explore. FETCH!™ Motion Picture

Come hunt for dinosaur eggs with Bessie, dinosaur mascot of The Discovery Museums! Dinosaur treasures are hidden inside each egg. The Special grand prize is a free membership to The Discovery Museums. What will you discover inside your eggs? Participants should bring a basket for their hunt. *Bessie is a costumed museum staff member.
Magic Show with Rupayan Neogy
